Refund Policy - Hidden Valley Woods
At Hidden Valley Woods, we strive to ensure that every transaction is smooth and satisfying. We take utmost care in delivering our handcrafted wooden products, adhering to the highest standards of quality. Our goal is to provide a seamless experience, and while we hope that you're delighted with your purchase, we understand that there may be situations where returns and refunds are necessary.
Please note: We do not accept returns for products that are delivered in perfect, undamaged condition. A product is eligible for a refund only under the following conditions:
- Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive a product that does not match the item selected during your order confirmation.
- Quality or Manufacturing Defect: If you identify a manufacturing defect or quality issue with the received product.
- Damaged Product: If the product arrives in a damaged condition.
- Mismatch with Decor Preferences: If the product does not fit into your desired or expected decor, you are eligible for a refund on the purchased product, with a deduction based on the partial cost of freight. The following freight charges will apply based on the invoice value of the product:
- Rs. 0.00 - Rs. 999: Rs. 150
- Rs. 1000 - Rs. 2999: Rs. 350
- Rs. 3000 - Rs. 4999: Rs. 500
- Rs. 5000 and above: 10% of the order value
Important Notes:
- Some of our products may come in wooden boxes (depending on the material). These can be opened with the help of screwdrivers to ensure the product remains in perfect condition during transit.
- Refunds will be processed after the product is inspected, and the refund amount will be credited to the original payment method.
- The cost of return shipping (if applicable) and any associated charges will be borne by the customer.
